Conditions for the use of the uzic.ch website and the booking of paid services offered by the Odiolab association (‘Association’).
Use of the website
Subject
These general conditions of use (the ‘Terms’) are the terms of provision of services site https://uzic.ch (the “Site”) and their use by the user (the ‘User’). The General Terms and Conditions must be accepted by any User wishing to access the Site. Access to the site by the User signifies acceptance of these General Conditions. Furthermore, by making a reservation on the Site, the User repeats his/her acceptance of the General Conditions.
In the event of non-acceptance of the General Conditions of Use stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site. Furthermore, the Association reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these General Terms and Conditions of Use at any time.
Legal notice
The website is published by the Association, whose registered office is at the president’s place of residence.
Access to services
The Site is accessible free of charge from any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User in accessing the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User’s expense. Access to the Site’s services may be interrupted, suspended or modified at any time without prior notice for maintenance or any other reason. Colore ta vie accepts no liability in the event that the User is prevented – for any reason whatsoever – from accessing the Site.

Intellectual property rights
No use of the content of the Site is permitted without the written consent of the Association. Trademarks, logos, signs and any other content on the site are legally protected.
Personal data
The User understands and accepts that, as part of the operation of the Site, uzic.ch processes personal data concerning him/her.
The information requested when booking a session is necessary and obligatory for the experience to run smoothly. In particular, the email address may be used by the site for the administration, management and animation of the service.
UZIC radio undertakes to use this data for information purposes and commercial offers relating to the activities of the Association.
Reservations
Prices
The price for a training session, workshop or any form of event organised by the Association (‘Session’) is indicated on the Site. The Association reserves the right to change prices at any time, although the service will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is registered.
Payment must be made in cash or by bank account before the Session.
Booking and cancellation
All bookings are made via the website in real time and subject to availability. Reservations will only be firm and definitive once the customer has received the confirmation e-mail from the Association.
The Association is expressly authorised to cancel any booking if the participant or participants are more than 15 minutes late.
Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the session will result in an automatic cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the booking, payable to the person who made the booking.
To cancel a booking, the customer is invited to contact the Association by e-mail.
Safety
Before each Session, participants are required to pay close attention to the instructions given to them (either orally or in writing) by the Association. Participants declare that they understand and accept that each participant uses the Association’s equipment and on-site facilities at his or her own risk. The Association shall not be liable for any damage (physical or material) caused by failure to follow the instructions given before or during the activity or by inappropriate use of the objects on the premises rented for each Session.
III. Miscellaneous provisions
Acceptance by other participants
Where applicable, the participant who has made the booking undertakes to forward these General Terms and Conditions to the other participants and to obtain their acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, in particular Parts II. and III. The participant who made the booking will inform the Association immediately, but at the latest before the start of the Session booked by him/her, if one or more of the other participants have not accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from the General Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lausanne courts.
