The die is now cast ! After receiving over 120 audio files in recent weeks, including DJ sets, tracks and live acts, 15 electronic artists from Switzerland have been selected for evaluation by our committee of experts. No fewer than 5 Swiss cantons are represented among the 6 winning DJs: Vaud, Geneva, Valais, Fribourg and Bern ! Come and discover these talents in action during a month of DJ events starting on Friday, August 22 at the CPO in Lausanne or at the Piscina in Geneva (full addresses here).
The program for these free events is now complete. It features international artists (such as Berlin-based Nils Twarchtmann, not to be missed on August 23, 2025 in Lausanne), DJs from French- and German-speaking Switzerland, and new talents. We will discuss each event in detail in the coming days.
6 winners and the DJ events where you can find them
Find below the lucky winners of the contest who have been booked for one of the 8 DJ events that will take place between 18. August and 16. September 2025 in Lausanne and Geneva :
- G-raF (VD) from K-BANE Kollectif (Fri. 8/25/22) : on the decks at Folklore club last Friday, Raphaël, aka G-raF, is one of the masterminds behind the K-Bane collective, which brings together DJs playing electronica, deep house, minimal, and melodic techno. With deep house galore, G-raF knows how to get the crowd moving on the dance floor.
- Jan Penarrubia (Sat. 8/25/25), co-founder of the OFFMIND label, is a DJ/producer based in Bern. Active since 2009 with a sound rooted in catchy techno, He goes from after-hours parties in Bern to the hottest clubbing spots in Zurich, such as Supermarket. His DJ sets reflect a decade of passion for music.
- Behind Le Côté Obscur (Fri. 29/8/25) is the artist Milkyway (VS), a DJ well known to the UZIC team for her beautiful tech-house mixes over the years. Her style evolved from techno to tech-house with the collective “Blablatek.” It’s a return to her roots for this DJ event at mUZIC.radio festival, where she will adopt a darker vibe.
- The big surprise of the contest that just ended is NATS ! Another DJ who is on the rise in Calvin’s city. After opening for Swedish artist Per Hammar during his recent visit to Geneva, NATS will be mixing on Sat. 30/8/25 at the live event taking place at La Piscina (Sources 22, 1205 Geneva) starting at 6:00 p.m.
- Back in Lausanne on Fri. 5/9/25 with Mike A.C., who will introduce Jay Castelli for four hours of “Back 2 House” music. At least he knows the underground scene of our adopted city ! Influenced by techno, progressive and house, Mike creates mind-blowing, hypnotic tech-house sets tinged with melancholy.
- Originally from Fribourg, DeepSpud a.k.a. SickSpud (Fri. 12/9/25) is known to us for having worked as a programmer for UZIC radio. As a DJ, composer, and producer, he dabbles in everything: deep house, tech-house, melodic techno, industrial, and even dark techno. The deep style of his new avatar—DeepSpud—is still catchy!

That’s the great thing about a radio festival: you can come and see the selected artists at the Centre Pluriculturel et social d’Ouchy (CPO) in Lausanne, or at the Piscina bar in Geneva… and if you can’t make it, simply listen to the music program live for free:
- On FM radio, for all residents of Lausanne (90.4 MHz) and Geneva (101.7 MHz) in Switzerland. Starting August 18, 2025, all you have to do is turn the dial to listen to the DJs of the mUZIC.radio festival!
